Part of the PE curriculum, dance is a fantastic way to activate your whole class. It is recommended that children do at least 60 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a day. Dancing is a whole-body workout, improving coordination, balance and muscle-memory. Healthy kids are also better able to handle physical and emotional challenges.

Our dance teachers leads the class in a range of styles designed to get the children moving and also choreographing their own dance routines ! Choose from hoop, street dance , cheerleading , musical theatre, greatest showman or suggest your own choice to match your topics.
